President & Chief Executive Officer

Robert McDermott is Chief Executive Officer, President and chairman of iCoreConnect, an award-winning, cloud-based software and technology company focused on increasing profit and operational speed in high-compliance industries.

iCoreConnect is most notably known for its innovation in solving healthcare business problems. Robert leads the company’s innovative team of software developers, sales and technology experts. As a result of his leadership, iCoreConnect touts a platform of 17 SaaS enterprise solutions and more than 100 agreements with state or regional healthcare associations.

When Robert became iCoreConnect’s CEO in 2013, he spent the initial six months on the road, meeting with more than 2,000 professionals around the country. He wanted to learn directly from people who work with highly sensitive data every day, especially in the healthcare industry. Because of Robert’s commitment to the customer and product excellence, iCoreConnect was named one of the United States’ Top 10 Encryption Providers by Enterprise Security Magazine and Top 25 IoT Solution Providers by CIO Applications Magazine. Additionally, iCoreExchange, the company’s HIPAA-compliant email exchange, was named one of Dental Products Report’s Top 50 Products of 2017.

Robert’s leadership and strategic vision for iCoreConnect secured the company a position in the elite Startup Health Moonshot Academy, a partnership of companies focused on improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

In his past CEO roles, Robert led his companies to both Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 status. He is an active speaker on the topics of HIPAA compliance, efficient practice management and cloud-based technology. He was recently featured in Healthcare Business Review for iCoreConnect’s innovate platform of products and services.

Robert has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Dowling College, NY. Outside of the office, he can be found running down a soccer field or attending the many activities of his three children.

David Fidanza

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer at iCoreConnect, David Fidanza oversees the Managed Services Provider (MSP) division along with the SaaS Support and Implementation teams. Additionally, he leads efforts to continuously improve products through strategic business partnerships and customer input.

Over the course of his 35-year career in software and technology, Dave held numerous technical and management positions in both service and sales. His focus for the last 25 years has been on the design, implementation and support of Enterprise Level software solutions that focus on managing, securing, and delivering data.

Dave has been part of CEO Robert McDermott’s trusted leadership team for much of his career.

Archit Shah

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer for iCoreConnect, Archit manages the company’s financial controls and systems. His proven corporate leadership skills guide iCoreConnect’s financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, SEC filings, audits and investor relations.

Archit’s experience as a finance and operations consultant focused on start-ups, turnarounds and restructurings in a variety of industries ranging from pharmaceutical companies to consumer health products to fitness concepts. Archit owned four nationally-known franchise businesses in fitness and the commercial health and safety industries.

Archit holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Manitoba and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba. He is a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Illinois.

Muralidar Chakravarthi

Chief Technology Officer

Muralidar Chakravarthi brings nearly 20 years in research and development experience to iCoreConnect. Muralidar is currently responsible for understanding the business needs and managing the successful design and development of iCoreConnect's products and services.

He was previously the Chief Software Architect for Nasplex Datacenters (acquired by Transformyx). Muralidar has extensive experience in designing, developing and deploying multiple products and solutions to market.

He was also a co-founder of Team Cajunbot at the University of Louisiana which was one of the teams selected to participate in the finals in the DARPA grand challenge (2004-06). Muralidar holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University.

Cile Spelce

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Cile Spelce develops positioning, branding, and marketing strategy for iCoreConnect. A multiple EMMY award winner, Cile’s expertise ranges from creating and executing brand campaigns to brand platforming, video and media production, scripting, design and specialized coaching.

Prior to iCoreConnect, Cile co-owned Electro-Fish Media Inc., a boutique brand elevation firm. Cile strategically and artfully created actionable and inspirational strategies for the firm’s diverse client list.
She also co-created and executive produced two primetime television shows.


Cile has created, written, executive produced and presented short and long form real-life stories and brand campaigns for all types of media over the course of her nearly thirty-year career. As a broadcast journalist, she covered stories ranging from the Branch Davidian Standoff to presidential elections. She also proudly co-anchored the evening news in Austin, TX with her father, Neal, as the nation’s only father-daughter anchor team.

Chris Elley

Chief Innovation Officer

As an innovation and brand leader, Chris Elley identifies and executes opportunities to grow the value of companies through increased collaboration, cutting-edge technology and an emphasis on overall customer experience. Chris’ background as both a creative and a systems design thinker allows him to collaborate with people across diverse disciplines to strengthen product performance, company processes and grow customer goodwill. Chris also monitors emerging technologies and how they might be adapted to improve or expand existing products.

In Chris’ multidisciplinary career, he has been intensely involved with diverse functions from television executive producer to inventor to defense. He co-created two primetime television documentary series for NBC’s Esquire and USA networks. He has multiple Emmys and nominations for his work at both the national and regional levels. Chris has translated cutting-edge technological concepts into understandable stories for general audiences. He’s directed projects that played a key role in a $3 billion fundraising initiative and served as a Subject Matter Expert and instructor for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Chris holds an M.A. in Mass Communication (Summa Cum Laude) from Texas State University and a B.A. in Communication Studies (Summa Cum Laude) from Texas Lutheran University.
